PAMPERED, A HAIR PARLOUR’S CANCELATION POLICY 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy your appointment times, dates and services are usually confirmed via text, email OR a phone call. However, these courtesy confirmations are not guaranteed. Your services are reserved for you personally. The cancellation fees will apply as follows - Less than 48 hour notice to reschedule AND/OR changes to scheduled services will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Multiple services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and a credit card will be required to schedule any future appointments. The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform guests on my waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Studio 15 salon policies are provided in the best interest for excellent servicing to my established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting my policy.
